2 Dr.'s Appointment

Well this morning Zach had his year visit to the doctor. He had to have 4 shots (he didn't like that but who does, right?) The doctor sayes that he is doing wonderfully and growing and is very happy. Nothing new to us. He can officially start drinking milk (cows) and have all table food now.

On the other hand McCayla had her first ever dentist appointment. She was a very good girl sitting in the chair while the assistant was scrapping and cleaning. However, while the assistant was cleaning her front tooth (which is coming in) she found a sparkle (yes the real sequin, shiny thing) behind that tooth. How it got there I have no clue???!!! Only McCayla knows and she even claims she's not sure how it got there. I asked the assistant if it was there for a while and she said probably 2 - 3 weeks, WHAT!!! She informed me that her judgement was based upon how the gum had seperated from the actual tooth. Painful sounding to me. So in essience she now has to swish her mouth with salt water for a week because of that to help her mouth and gums heal. But we did find out that all of her 6 year molers are in and one actually has a cavity in it UGH! but luckily it's a small one and they can fix it with out giving her any seditives. YEAH! and yes 6 year molars are a permenant tooth that comes in around the age of 6 hence the name (I guess). Tootaloos for now Enjoy your weekends!!!!!
